I am a dancer, artist, teacher, mentor, somatic energy guide,

At the heart of my coaching is a simple yet profound belief —

Working with courageous individuals like yourself, who are answering the call of their inner most being and purpose, is an honor. I’ve been at that jumping-off point many times, faced with the choice of recommitting to the work, to myself and my evolution.

This intimate workshop group (6 max) will meet virtually, bi-weekly for 3 months. The next group will be be starting Saturday, September 19th (dates open to adjustment for group's needs). The price of the six group sessions includes a one on one somatic coaching session with me.
​We will use self guidance, gentle movement, somatic exploration and discourse to create SOMATIC JOURNEYS that lead us into embodied states where our power of manifestation is opened, directed and potent.
