We move from awareness to possibility, from possibility to embodiment, and from embodiment into inspired action and living your dream life.
Rather than trying to think your way to the right answer, we bring your whole experience into the conversation. Through coaching conversations, somatic exploration, guided movement, reflection, and imagination, you begin to sense what is true for you now. As you become more aware of your body, emotions, patterns, desires, and possibilities; a new relationship to your body and whole being - a new somatic reality and clarity emerges.

About Lance, your partner and coach —
I am a dancer, artist, teacher, mentor, somatic energy guide, certified life coach, gay man and spiritual warrior
I’m Lance Gries, a Transformational and Somatic Coach with more than 40 years of experience exploring movement, embodiment, energy, creativity, and personal transformation. I work with courageous, creative people navigating life transitions, seeking meaningful change; ready to create a new chapter in their lives, ready to embark on their next evolution and to honor their authentic calling and purpose.
My own journey has taken me through multiple reinventions: in my professional creative life, in committing to a sober life in recovery, in exploring and embracing a personal spirituality, of loss and grief and living as a gay man, and finally living a life of service. All involved profound transformation.
My approach brings together Transformational Coaching, Life Transition Coaching, Somatic Coaching, somatic awareness, movement, imagination, and embodied exploration. I help you reconnect with your body's inner knowing, discover new possibilities, and begin living them into reality.
