About Me,
your Partner and Coach
Lance’s intuitive coaching empowers individuals to transform any challenge into growth and expansion. He believes deeply in, and partners with, the unique wholeness and innate creativity of everyone he works with to craft action plans and to realize their boldest visions with ease and joy.
Lance's perspective springs from thirty-five years of rich life experiences: from his award-winning career as a dancer, traveling the world as a teacher, body worker, energy healer and leader in somatic research; to his own transformative experiences and spiritual journey in recovery. His practice is informed and inspired by an eclectic combination of eastern philosophies, mindfulness studies, theoretical physics, neuroscience, twelve step principles, spiritual tools and the lessons earned by maintaining and nurturing a loving thirty-two year old relationship.
He splits his time between New York City and a retreat space that he has developed over twenty years on the Pacific Coast of Mexico, with his partner and two furbabies.
Lance is an Accredited Transformational Life Coach from Animas Center for Coaching and an ACC (Associate Certified Coach) from the International Coaching Federation.
